EXCHANGE

Mina Novski can only offer an exchange policy only. We may accept an exchange in the event an item does not fit as expected. Exchanges can be made 7 days from your original shipping date (14 days for international customers). If you wish to return your item, it can only be returned for store credit. 

 If you would like to exchange size, please contact us at info@minanovski.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

a. Order number

b. Name

c. Reason for return

d. Size of garment you wish to exchange

We will provide you with a returns address.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. MINA NOVSKI does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.

We can only accept items that are unworn, unmarked and detergent-scent free with all tags intact. After inspection of your returned item, we will confirm your store credit or your exchange.

Mina Novski reserves the right to refuse refund, exchange or repair services if your item does not fulfil our returns/exchange requirements.

We aim to respond to all queries within 2-3 days.
